In honour of this years Summer Solstice, here is a fiery dressing for any summer salad. The old and the young will love this one. The powerhouse combo of fresh Turmeric & Ginger makes this recipe anti-inflammatory.
1/3 Cup Organic Tahini
Juice of 1 lemon OR 3 Tbsp Just Shut Up and Try It Ferments Fermented Gut Tonic
3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Clove of Garlic
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
1/4 tsp ground ginger
2 Tbsp Raw Honey
Cayenne Pepper to your liking
Dash of Smoked Paprika (Optional)
Mix and serve over your favourite salad. It makes for a lovely cesar alternative. For a thicker consistency, less lemon or tonic and more for a watered down option.
