Turmeric and Ginger Sauerkraut

Its got a nice ginger bite to it and is fantastic on a salad or as a side dish. Sauerkraut contains high levels of dietary fiber, as well as vitamin A, C, K, and various B vitamins. It is also a good source of iron, manganese, copper, sodium, magnesium, and calcium.
